Youth Review campaign success
The Make Space Youth Review campaign was in the spotlight at the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) Excellence Awards 2008, which illustrate the best of the public relations profession.
Following our initial entry submission in February 2008, Make Space was shortlisted in both categories we entered for the 2007 Make Space: Creating a Better Deal for Young People campaign – the not-for-profit category and public affairs category. We then sent three representatives for 30 minute interviews with a panel of CIPR judges.
Chief Executive of 4Children Anne Longfield OBE and Ian Rayson, Director of Corporate Affairs and Internal Communications at Nestlé UK, attended the Awards dinner on Monday 15 September 2008 as finalists. Sadly, no awards were won but it was a great night and helped to raise the profile of Make Space (and 4Children and Nestlé UK) in a really positive light.
The CIPR Excellence Awards are the most demanding in the profession, judged to the highest standards by the industry’s leading experts.
